My name is Clément Le Déoré. I'm a French native and have been a Pastry Chef for over 15 years. It’s a true pleasure to bring my passion and expertise to your next event.
My baking journey began at the age of 15 in my mother’s kitchen in Brittany, where I first discovered the magic of patisserie. Soon after, I was fortunate to be mentored by a master pastry chef who shaped my early path in the culinary world.
Even back then, I dreamed of coming to the U.S. to share my love for traditional French pastry and one day open my own business. Over the past six years, I’ve lived and baked across the globe in places like Sydney, Corsica, and Brazil refining my craft and drawing inspiration from each unique culture.
Eventually, I chose to settle in beautiful San Diego, California (lucky me and lucky you!). Here, I’ve been able to fully express my creativity, which has caught the attention of media outlets like Pastry Arts Magazine, Ouest France, San Diego Voyager, and national TV shows including The Great American Baking Show and Spring Baking Championship (Season 9 Finalist).
